Okay, so for starters my sister and i and my boyfriend live with my parents. ( him and I are saving to buy a house) her bc one BD is in the army & hardly sees their kid & she just figured out the 2nd BD 10 months later so she literally can’t afford to live alone. & she’s only 19 so she can’t get section 8 or anything or food stamps . We all pay rent. So it isn’t like we don’t pay bills. But my sister has 2 kids and I have my daughter. & my sister doesn’t really punish her kids she basically just yells at them louder and louder and they don’t listen and the babies are close in age. Her daughter is 2 mine is 1 and her son is 10 months. And obviously kids will be kids they fight over stuff and toys and ect. Well, her kids go to daycare bc she’s a single mom and they’ve picked up on biting. BAD. Mine bites back too, but never hard enough to leave actual marks, and I always get up and spank her and tell her no, that’s bad. My sister doesn’t. & my daughter has 3-4 of those bite marks that last several days. & they look all together horrible. & then my dad gets under my damn skin, for example tonight we sat down to dinner and they kids were at the kids table and my sisters daughter (call her sally) sally got up from her place, wasn’t eating, was trying to hand her bowl over and say finished. When my daughter got in Sally’s chair (different color fold up chairs ) & was sitting in the chair backwards & sally is the kind of kid that spazzes if you touch ANYTHING she wants even if she didn’t have it first. & I was like let’s call her Allie. Allie get out of Sally’s chair & before I could finish my dad took it upon himself to like slowly tilt the chair with Allie in it sideways causing my baby to cry in fear that she was going to fall out & my boyfriend was like “alright that’s enough I’ll get her to get up” to my dad like 3-4 times and my dad straight ignored us was like hold on and tilted the chair slowly to the point she held on crying till she was laying on the ground and then got up crying . Bawling her eyes out running to me. & then my boyfriend wanted to snap and punch my dad in the damn face.

Like I’m sorry. I just needed to get it off my chest because my sister doesn’t watch her damn kids & I feel like I have to be the bad person punishing my niece and nephew bc my sister won’t do anything about the biting & my dad just🙄 his parenting style isn’t one that I like or that he’s going to put onto my child. Like she was literally and obviously crying in fear and he wouldn’t fucking stop & found it somewhat of a joke.
