So my doctor has given me a breast milk expression kit, right now I am 36w 6 days ftm. He was highly encouraging of it and said start storing from now on, express 2-3 times a day 0-5 ml. I would love to know of women and their stories on similar experience. So far I have not seen any Colostrum or milk leaking spotting out of my ducts. I am as well, scared of trying as my breasts hurt. I do have an electric double pump - should I try hand expression or pump?! Please advice. Thank you!
