Vaginal bleeding. Advice! Implantation?

I had unprotected sex on the 1st Feb exactly 4 weeks ago now, and today (2nd Feb) I started to lightly bleed, not like a period. Could this be implantation bleeding?? Also, I had unprotected sex 5 days ago could that be related to? I’ve been tested recently for STIs so that’s not an issue.
