So Scared

I lost my baby boy at 19 weeks in Nov 2018. I was due next month.... I just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby & I am so scared & happy its just so many different emotions. . . Any advice I am trying so hard not to be worried or stressed.
