My almost three year old won't let me sing, it's frustrating because I love to sing and I'm not bad. I have a very pretty voice (not to toot my own horn but) so I know it's not that I sound bad to her. Rarely she does like it and when she was younger she loved for me to sing. But now anytime I do she starts throwing a fit yelling at me "no! No!! Stop! No!!!" I hate to say this about my own kid but she's such a brat about it. If I keep singing (which I usually do) she goes into full melt down mode. Kicking screaming crying won't calm down. I tell her "mommy can sing if she wants to" or "you can't tell me no, I can sing if I want just like you" but none of it works. This has been going on for the last 6 months and it's only getting worse. I'm not sure what else to do!
