Should i be concerned? TMI!

Hey i just turned 12 weeks yesterday with baby #4 and i have been cramping but to a normal range... today i saw this and i have never experienced this before should i go to the er or wait and see what happens?

Why would you go to the ER?!? Your gonna get all sorts of funky discharge over the next few months! Unless your bleeding heavily you have nothing to worry about?!?x
