Craamps

I got cramps all week that come n go away every couple of hours. My mom tells me to take tylenol but I'm scared it'll hurt my baby. What should I do. I cant sleep or anything they're so uncomfortable. I'm 31 weeks. I dont have any bleeding or mucus plug hasnt came out or anything like that. I havent been able to poop but I finally did today but still feel the same.
