Help ease the pain 😩
I’m 35 weeks and for probably the last month I’ve been having pretty bad groin pain anytime I walk or roll over in bed or anything. I’ve brushed it off as normal pains this late in the pregnancy but today the pain is so bad I’m having a hard time dealing with it. I now feel it constantly even if I’m completely still. However if I try to readjust at all the pain is so intense it makes my eyes water. I have my legs kicked up on the couch and I can’t even get them back down and sit up normally it hurts so bad. What are some things I can try to do to lessen this pain?? It’s horrible 😩
