I use them, I love that I can pump directly into the bag.  Then you snap the bag into the special bottle and slap a nipple on it.  It's a great system.  
I will note, you're not really supposed to reuse the pouches, but some people do.  They are hard pro wash, but it can be done.

I tried it but it doesn’t work for me. They were fine and baby drank from the bottle fine. I don’t understand how people get exactly the amount baby would drink in one bottle, from one boob. The problem is, if you pump more than 5 ounce my baby won’t eat in one go; so all the rest gets wasted, or I have to switch up and put a new bag. If I get too little in one pump session then it’s not enough for one meal for the baby.
I have to first pump into a bottle then put into bags and freeze. 
If you want to pump directly into the bags you can search on amazon for these clips that connect to lansiloh bags and you can directly pump into them.

Check your insurance. Many insurances offer free pump and accessories. My insurance will give me those as accessories and I'm excited to try them.

I’ve been using them. I love them, but at the same time they take up quite a bit of space in the freezer. They’re super convenient though! You can pump directly into the milk bag!

I use them for pumping at least twice a day.  Great system, and it cuts down on some cleaning you need to do.

I just got my sample pack and I'm excited to try them! Seems like way less to wash than pumping into bottles and transferring. I like that they are recyclable too since it feels like a lot of plastic.

I used these when I went back to work at 4 months and pumped until I weaned at a year and couple months. I was going for convenience  for me and not having to wash bottles. We recycled the bags. I was able to regulate my supply with two pumping sessions at work. I didn’t fill up the full 5 or 6 ounces with one boob at one session but I’d have to pour from the other bag to even it out at times or alternate the bags with the boob to even it out. I was able to make two 6 ounce bags a day. Your body regulates what your taking out. I really like them. In the back of my mind I worry about the plastic but working and pumping moms have no choice. Pumping directly into glass bottles are heavy.

I love the bags but not the bottle system. I liked them because you could pump directly into them and they pour easily into bottles. I only used bags on days where I was extra productive, so I probably used fewer than 75 the whole year I pumped. All bags are wasteful, but I felt like these wasted less milk than zipper bags.
