Decreased Appetite?

Anyone notice when eating they aren't able to eat normal portion sizes? I just feel so full! 10w tomorrow.

I am the same in 8 weeks and 2 days and I can hardly eat only certain thing I can eat even then it's not a normal portion size it's much smaller
