ITCHY 😣

FTM here and is this normal? I've consulted my doctor and they won't give me any reason. My hands and feet are like this and I only itchy badly during the night I don't know how much more I can take. I've tried Aveeno bath and calamine lotion which helps relieve but only for a while, I can't decide if I should go the hospital.
