Cold and 4 weeks pregnant

I know this may be a silly question but I've had a miscarriage recently and I'm so worried it'll happen again. I just found out I'm 4weeks pregnant and I have a cold starting up. Sore throat and running nose, do I have to worry about what I take for it? If so what can I take?
