Kinda confused

So I bought a fetal Doppler and I heard and found baby’s heartbeat but when I clocked it, it seemed like low, like 105 or something. Is it normal for it to be inaccurate on an at home fetal Doppler? I don’t have the ones with the numbers.

I honestly think those things should just be left up to professionals. And depends on how early you are, it could be your heart beat. I go into my appointments all the time thinking I’m hearing the baby’s heart beat and it’s my heart beat until the doctor say I found his heart beat. I just think it’s more special hearing the heartbeats when the doctor does it.

That’s not the baby’s heartbeat. Probably yours.

It may not be the babys

If it’s really low you may have been hearing the umbilical cord

My doctor told me not to worry about the heart rate at home when using my Doppler.
