Help?
I’ve battled with PCOS for the past 14 years. It was undiagnosed until about 10 years ago and has been managed by birth control pills for the majority of that time. I stopped BCP in October and prepared myself for the horrible periods that generally consist of heavy bleeding, massive clots, debilitating cramps, emotional roller coaster, etc.
So far, I’ve had none of that. The three “periods” I’ve had have been minimal at most. I’ve had the emotional lows, slight cramping - more like a pinching - and the tiniest amount of blood. Not even enough to require a panty liner. It lasts about two days and then nothing more.
Trying to determine whether they’re actual periods or just random spotting.. they seem to be approximately 6 weeks apart each time, so there is a regularity to it. I’ve been charting BBT and symptoms but this app doesn’t really make it accurate when you have PCOS. Just looking to find anyone who has some advice.
