Feed baby regular oatmeal?

Does anyone feed their baby regular oats instead of the baby version? I was thinking of buying steel cut or quick cook oats and then pureeing them.

I went straight to regular oatmeal, which I ground up myself, when my daughter was around 6 months.
Much more nutritious than the baby rice stuff 😊

Babies do not need purees, just give him whatever you're making for yourself

My baby loved quick oats, I started them around 8-ish months I think. He’s 2 now and always asks for oatmeal which I make with rolled oats. We never tried the baby oatmeal.
