Hii!

So my mom and grandma told me that I should never ever touch a plant when im on my period cuz it will die I know theres a lot of things that are not true but I'm scared of watering my plants or touching them and it turns out to be true and die does anyone ever heard about this before? Have you touched a plant on your period? Did it die? Help!
