Has anyone took the bacterial vaginosis gel? Any side effects? Can I still pee afterwards or I need to put it in right before going to sleep?

To prevent future infections start a daily probiotic. No soaps or bubble baths down there. Sex/sperm and lube can throw off ph- I use coconut oil for lube. And any time I feel my ph is off I wash with baking soda. I used to get bv and yeast infections and I havnt had any issues since doing these things.

I just peed before putting it in, right before I get into bed. But I do always have to pee in the middle of the night & it's never come out so you should be good. It doesn't go up the hole you pee out of

Pee before you put it in. So you will have time for it to work before you have to pee again. Or put it in before bed.

No side effects and you can pee they say before bed so gel stays inside you and doesnt all come out. Try to pee before you use it but you can pee.
