Basically me and my partner broke up in the worst possible way and hee called the police on me for being suicidal, which I wasn't just because he didn't want to be near me!

Anyways I was pregnant. 2 weeks later we lost our baby (at 22 weeks) could he have been the cause?? Could the stress of the break up, the police (they said they had to contact social services about my baby because I was apparently suicidal) and the stress of him being a complete douche have caused my miscarriage??
