I know this is probably a super dumb question but as most pregnant women are, I’m worried whenever I do anything that doesn’t follow the guidelines. In the morning I take my BP medication and my prenatal vitamin and at night after dinner I take my second dose of BP medication and baby aspirin. Well I was talking to my husband and mindlessly grabbed the prenatal bottle and as I swallowed realized, omg I was supposed to take my baby aspirin! I know you’re not supposed to take too many vitamins in one day so I’m a little worried since I took two. I read it’s ok do it occasionally tho so just wanted to ask if anyone’s done that before and if you were ok. Again, I know it’s probably a dumb common sense question but im a worrier 😂 thank you!
