Gym and Anxiety
>So I’m starting my fitness journey, i have the eating part down, but I also want to start working out to increase results etc... the thing is I have crazy anxiety about going to the gym... (like i don’t know how to work out) in the past I’ve signed up and just never went because of anxiety. Is there any tips tricks idk that can help my anxiety. P.s i don’t want to rely on a friend because most of mine are super unreliable 🤷🏼♀️
