Back pain

How to deal with back pain???

I haven’t been able to do work in the house. Husband has been doing for me but i feel bad i wanna help him. My body is EXHAUSTED everything hurts and my lower back is killing me. I went to my prenatal appointment today and Doc only said it was normal. I been in bed since i woke up. What can i do to feel better? Btw i am 8 weeks 4 days pregnant.

Yesterday i took 2 Tylenol and it didn’t help with the pain..
