Shoulder blade pain

I'm 7+3 and just suddenly started having shoulder blade pain minutes ago. I'm absolutely terrified because I know that can signal an ectopic pregnancy. I've not had any other pain aside from between my shoulders suddenly hurting, although it could be from poor posture and because I have large boobs. It's let up some and I just need some sort of reassurance right now.
