Hair help! SOS

Every time I google/ YouTube search for this, it always shows textured hair . (African hair) I need help! My hair is recessing on the left and right side fromwearing my hair up a lot.. it’s literally thinning out. I don’t know if it’s as extreme as friction alopecia. But I noticed my hairline is also higher above my ears too.

Please comment any ways to help grow those areas back. Oils, hair products, vitamins...also if you guys have before/afters, please show ! 😊
