first appt?

i know this sounds kind of stupid, but i have my first appointment with my obgyn in 3 weeks, i will be 9 weeks At the appointment. What usually happens at the first appointment? is there any questions i should ask? is an ultrasound done?

My first appt I was 9 weeks. I had multiple test done and a ultra sound to confirm how far I was! And lots of paper work

Lots of paperwork. Urine test, blood work, and maybe US. But for me I had to wait til 12 weeks. Depends on the clinic/ office routine

My first appointment (at 9 weeks) was just an ultrasound, nothing else. I came back a week later to meet with the RN for intake, paperwork, bloodwork, and going over diet, health, etc.
