I’m wanting to increase my supply so I am able to go without having to give my babe a formula bottle during the day at any time. However, with my job, I am only able to pump at a certain time. I nurse at 4 am, pump at 5 am (getting about 4oz total if I’m lucky.) Then I can’t pump again until noon and get about 5-6 Oz then. Then, I’ll nurse (or pump if she’s sleeping) once i get home from work at 4:30 or 5. My supply isn’t increasing with her increasing appetite because of my job, which I know is normal, but frustrating because I’m having to give formula 1-2 times a day (which is fine! As long as she’s fed!) but I really would like to hear some of your suggestions to up my supply besides pumping MORE, which I cannot do during the week! Thank you!
