Infertile, overweight, and pregnant.

Sage

TL;DR: I'm "infertile" have had pcos since 17, partner barely has swimmers, started a new drug and now I'm 17w pregnant.

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 17. I gained 40lbs in 3 months prior to that, while eating 1000 calories a day and working out a minimum of 1 1/2 hours per day. That summer I found out I was pregnant and had a miscarriage at about 5 weeks. As the years go by my dr first told me I was probably only going to conceive through IVF, then even that was going to be a long shot. Finally she told me I was infertile. No test, she just told me. Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2018. She put me on levothyroxine, for the hell of it since I barely lost weight after 5 years on the metformin. One week and I lost almost 10lbs. A week after that I missed my period. Not unusual. But I didn't have any symptoms. Because I'm a fucking masochist I bought a test and a bottle of wine. Test was positive. Took two more. Both positive. Not only was I supposed to be infertile, but my partner is currently taking Hormone Replacement Therapy which greatly lowers sperm count. I'm currently 17w pregnant and still mind blown that it happened. Since then the weight loss has evened out but I'm still gradually losing weight (dr isn't concerned, I was overweight). I've gone from 185-190 to 155(ish). I hope somebody read this because I can hardly believe it happened.
