Induction

Unfortunately, my blood pressure which has been low throughout pregnancy is now quite high and they have found protein in my urine.... they’ve booked me in for an induction this Thursday. I opted to have a sweep first and I’ve been told I’m 2-3cm dilated already. If I don’t go into labor naturally before Thursday they will go straight to breaking my waters, but they said they don’t normally wait for things to get started on their own for FTM and I will be put straight on to a drip. I’m a little worried about the drip, it’s apparently a lot more painful than natural. Not exactly the birth I was hoping for, but would love to hear some experiences?!
