Cramps after sex???

Does anyone else have terrible cramps for a few minutes after climax? I’m 5w6d and this has just started.

It's been happening to me too. It was happening even before I got my BFP. Turns out it's normal. Hopefully it doesn't last the whole pregnancy. Lol

Yes! I had it before. It scared the crap out of me cuz I thought I was going to miscarry but from what I read you cant from that. From what I read it's your insides contracting.

I had sex one time since my bfp and I cramped a little but it made me spot. It was realllly light colored and barely there but it horrified me so I’ve been refusing to try again
