Where do I go or what to I use to remove it? Please don’t tell me any at home remedies to heal it because nothing has worked I’ve tried putting everything on it, it’s scar tissue and that’s that it won’t go away no matter what I put on top of it. My piercing is 5 years old and has never laid flat, idk what to do to get rid of it because it won’t go away and it’s been this size the whole time.

Side note my piercing still bleeds when I change it after all these years, I used to have a cheap L bend in but the scar tissue got so thick I had to put the corkscrew I was pierced with back in 😭 plus they gave me the one bend for the other nostril so it’s so difficult to put in. It sucks ughhhh.
