I'm so scared of these cramps! ='( feels like a muscle is stretched below my belly button or something similar. I'm 4 weeks and 1 day. Do you guys have this too? I wake up at night and run to the bathroom to check if there's blood. I'm losing my mind.

This just happened to me, felt a little splashy down there, stood up, felt more and thought for sure it would be af when I got to the bathroom.
