Date of ovulation marked differently from fertility friend

I had a positive opk this cycle On CD16. But did not get a temperature shift. My cycle is unusually long this time. I again got a positive opk on CD37 hand in hand with a temperature shift. This I feel is my true ovulation. But glow is still saying I am 18 DPO. Why is this???please help
