TTC after abortion

Is there anyone in this group that conceived after abortion?

I decided to get an abortion for reasons i rather not disclose but i deeply regret my decision! Baby was due Feb 2019💔, we been trying for about 4months. Can anyone let me know if they’ve been through this and how long it took to conceive again?
