My client smells like 💩 🤢HELP!

I’m a hairstylist and I have a really good client that I’ve worked with for 12 yrs! She is the sweetest woman ever , she’s also morbidly obese. Never an issue other then I have to book out more time with her bc she can’t walk fast or get out of the chair without struggling. All of this is fine, I worry about her health though. She is so out of breath getting up from the shampoo bowl and her face is beat red from sweating. Recently in the last 5 months she has a crazy strong feces and urine odor. And twice there was actual crap on the back of her pants. I have to Lysol every thing after she leaves. The smell is so strong I feel like I’m going to vomit while I’m trying to do her color and blow dry, the other stylists don’t want me working near them when she comes in bc of how terrible the smell is. Idk what to do 😢 my husband is less empathetic and says I should fire her as a client. I can’t do that! She is the nicest person, but I’m afraid that a conversation on the matter will embarrass her and she won’t come back and I’d hurt her feelings. I need good advice bc on one hand I care about her but I also need to care about myself feeling sick when I’m working on her and how other patrons of the salon feel . Any advice would be great bc idk what to do.
