Possibly Pregnant?? Help!

Hi guys,

I got my last period Feb.4 and my cycles are always regular, and last 4 days. I had sex 2 before, during ovulation, and 1 days after. Since, I’ve been Experience horrible back pain, and fatigue. I’m not sure if I am pregnant but decided to test today after 2 days being late! It came out faintly positive, but need second opinions!
