How to dry up my milk ?

I literally stop breastfeeding 🤱🏻 3days ago and I have not pumped at all due to wanting to dry up my milk . What else can I do ? And how long does it take ?

Cabbage leaves, wear a supportive bra, and stay hydrated. It took about 2 weeks for me to fully dry up, the beginning is the worst. For the first few days, I pumped for 5 minutes on each side once a day to avoid engorgement. Eventually my supply started to drop

You really just have to wait it out. The first few days were the worst for me but it increasingly got better. It takes weeks for it to completely dry up but the worst of it is over after about a week or so

If you drink anything, drink peppermint tea, it reduces milk supply. Otherwise try not to drink.
