Painful sex
Hey !
I’m 36 weeks and am trying all the things to soften my cervix naturally and one of those things is sex. Well semen to be accurate softens the cervix but my hubby and I tried having sex over the weekend and it was very painful . I felt very closed up and tight . Is it just me or is this normal ? I’m 1cm dilated .
