This looks like dye run. Notice how one side is yellow. This has happened to me before. Retest tomorrow

If it “said negative” did you use a digital? Digitals take more of the hormone to have a positive result. And if you took it after this test, your wee would be more dilated as well. I’d say you’re pregnant xx

That looks positive to me. If you are early it's possible that afternoon urine is not concentrated enough. Test again in the am with first morning urine or get a blood test if that's a possibility.
