To give more context I’m talking about a pair of gloves I found in the bathroom. And I did ask around and no one has claimed them.

I mean you tried to find who’s they were so you had good intentions

There are so much people out there that lose something and never go back to look for it . so I don't think it would be stealing unless it was like a phone or something very important .

I’d turn them into the lost and found in case that person was already gone, they could still return for them. Stuff that’s been in the lost & found for months.. that’s free game, IMO.
