I’m so scared! Please read!

So I thought I had a yeast infection well I stuck one finger inside my vagina in the bath and I felt it swollen and numb and it felt like a bunch of bumps all in there. I googled harpies and it’s nothing like that it’s literally like my insides are coming out I’m 31 weeks pregnant please help me!!!

I’ve been tested and have been clean?? Would herpes show up later? I know it’s not a std bc I haven’t been with no one.
