If you are changing sexual partners while pregant, then you should be testing. If you suspect an unfaithful partner, you should be testing. But aside from that, I'd say once at the start.

Depends on your risk factors. I’ve been with my husband 7 years faithfully so I hadn’t  had any screening in my pregnancy besides the mandatory HIV screen.
