Coffee Bad?

Hi ladies, is coffee bad during pregnancy? I took half a cup for breakfast today and kinda felt guilty...

I drank between 2 cups of coffee a day with all 3 of my pregnancies and all my babies came out healthy. I’m breastfeeding my youngest one at the mo she’s 15wks old and coffee hasn’t affected her in the slightest sleep wise either. I used to stay away from fizzy pop like coke and eating chocolate as that has caffeine in it to.. coffee was more important to me then chocolate 😂 with 2 other kids to look after I needed some extra energy when pregnant.

I have been told 200mg of caffeine a day which I'd like 2 cups is ok

I’ve had 1-2 cups a day all throughout pregnancy, you can have up to 200mg of caffeine.

I had two coffees atleast in pregnancy, baby was 3.4 kgs and no issues
