Insane pain
This is my 3rd baby and this week, roughly Sunday night, I started having awful pain in my lower abdomen. I’m almost 26 weeks and it feels like ligament pain, but I’ve never had it this bad. I had stood up a little to quickly and I’m guessing pulled something because that’s how it started. The only way I was able to get some relief was by being on all fours and just gently rocking while my husband massaged my back. A few hours in and I started getting sharp pains in my cervix (or that’s where it feels like the pain is) I haven’t had any pain in my cervix due to having placenta previa so all baby kicks are muffled and pain free. But it’s continued until now, off and on with sharp cervix pain. I do have an appointment on Monday (regular scheduled appointment as I have to go every 2 weeks for monitoring) and have them check what’s going on. I’m trying to hold off going to the hospital until then because baby girl is moving like normal (she’s crazy active) and I haven’t had any more bleeding than I normally do (I went almost a month without any but had some spotting yesterday, which is a result of the previa). I’m just wondering what you ladies found helpful in relieving the ligament pain? I do try to fit in some light yoga to help with staying flexible and preventing muscle cramps and to fit in a little activity, but can’t over do it as I’m on very strict restrictions.
