Its complicated NEED YOUR OPINION

So my mother in law has been watching my son for about 4 months now. And I honestly don't like the way she takes care of my son. He is 7 months old. All she really does is be out all day and my son doesn't get no nap time at all when I go pick him up he is down like he isn't himself at all. So I had a conversation with my husband about what I have been noticing and he in away seems where I'm comin from.  I told him that I want to look into putting him in day care so he can interact with other children and gets his nap times. And he doesn't want a day care, he says he rather sees looking into getting another person that just babysit him. I really don't want to start an argument over this we both obviously want different for or child. Idk please help need an advise.. Anyone had been in the same boat lol
