The middle number is a bit alarming. Ideally you want top # under 130, and middle under 80. Your pulse is a bit elevated. I would rest 10 minutes and take it again, and compare. If you’re consistently getting those #s, you need to call your doctor.

Even 120/80 is a bit elevated for most pregnant women— our BP naturally trends lower because of all the extra blood volume. Talk to your OB asap and make sure they give you a range

I have been monitoring mine as per doctors orders. My “safe range” was 140/90. And I had a couple over 100 and she noted I should be contacting her anytime I have a consistent reading over 150/100. So I may be a little concerned with the diastolic # if you’ve gotten that reading more than once.

Both those numbers are high, a normal blood pressure is below 120/80 and above 90/60. You have high blood pressure, I’d see your doctor if I were you
