Has anyone tried it ??? Does it work ?

The almond butter used to bind it is supposed to help. That being said, I did this with my son and yes it worked. I had no awful side effects, the contractions started out slow then got stronger unlike the ones with pitocin that suck right from the start. I started contracting about 5 hours after finishing it. 😊

I did it at 37 weeks with my last baby and my water broke 6 hours later . So it definitely worked for me 💛 if your body isn’t actually ready it will
Not work . And my doctor approved me to do it for my last pregnancy & for this one

I’ve seen Britneyandbaby and Elleandbabes from Yt try it but I would ask your doctor first. I’ve done research and the castor oil is said to be dangerous but I’ve read studies that show that there was no increased risk. So who knows if it’s safe, it does work a lot of the time. They recommend no more than 2 tablespoons of castor oil in 24 hours. I would do some research and ask your doctor what they think.

I honestly wouldnt try it If it's the one with castor oil. A potential risk is your baby possibly breathing in meconium which could be fatal. If you are at your due date or pretty close how about ask for a sweep,  have sex go for a long walk
