I am currently 8 weeks 1 day according to my Dr and I’ve had some light cramping throughout the afternoon that comes and goes, went to the bathroom 20 minutes ago and I had brown discharge in my panties and also a little when I wiped, I’m scared I may be starting to misscarry, I’ve never had a miscarriage before so idk exactly if it can be that but I am literally crying and scared that might be what’s going on. Advice? I have a Drs appointment Friday
