My husband and I have been TTC for 2 years and I just don’t know where to start. I’m 32 and he is 38. First after trying for a year unsuccessfully we got sent to a Reproductive specialist. I was having crazy long cycles out of know where (after having regular cycles for years) and terrible back aches. I went through every kind of test and then it turned out I had a large golf ball size tumor on my right ovary. After being completely terrified for three months I finally had surgery to have it removed. Thankfully it was not cancerous and my cycles have been back to 30 days long on the dot. I had no other problems.

Then we move on to my husband, he had 3 semen panels done which all had bad results. Too thick of fluid and low mortality. We meet with the reproductive specialist again who told us that because of my husband’s results that we had a less then 1% chance of getting pregnant or our own. Our only options were to start with

. Since we do not have the upfront money of $18,000 for

we’ve just been waiting. Now, my husband just came back from another semen panel which was a 90 day check up and his result came back completely NORMAL! Yes normal. He went in for a second because we thought they mixed his results up. So now we are going back to the reproductive specialist for a 3rd appointment next month. We feel so confused and so lost. It just seems like one thing after another. I’m so tired.
