Does this look like a symptom of PCOS?

In the picture some of the bumps are acne but the darker ones are ingrown hairs I’ve had from having to shave my face every few days. If I let it grow my hair could be so long, so I have to shave my face or use a hair removal. And it’s not just there it’s also on my cheeks, upper lip etc and I’m starting to grow hair on my chest.

Yes that’s pcos for ya. I don’t have these symptoms. Just irregular periods, but from my understanding this is due from high testosterone. Go to a gynecologist and explain all symptoms you’re having. Tell her you’d like to get the bloodwork and ultrasound done!

That’s exactly what my neck looks like if I’m not careful. And yes I have PCOS. Here are a few tips to help with the bumps and redness that I have learned from experimenting with nearly every product: 
Use a good exfoliating scrub before shaving. I use Acura Brightening Facial Scrub ($9)
I then use a shaving oil to help prevent irritation. I use Tree Hut Moisturizing Shave Oil ($9)
After shaving I use a redness relief wash to clear the oil off my skin. I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Face Wash Redness Soothing ($7)
Then I clean the area with witch hazel and apply aloe vera. 
Finally, I apply my moisturizer/ primer and makeup. 
Also at night I clean my face really well with a gentle wash, witch hazel toner, and apply Aveeno baby lotion for eczema to my face and neck.
I have tried many more expensive products but I felt these worked just as well for a fraction of the cost. Hope this helps.
