orgasms after contractions

is it okay to have sex/masturbate? i was recently hospitalized for contractions (they didn’t lead to dilation, and i was discharged after 24 hours). i’m 25 weeks. i wasn’t told to not have sex, but i also wasn’t asked if i was considering it. i don’t want to start contracting again!
