Is your boyfriend/husband younger than you?

My bf is 3 years younger than me and I usually dont mind the age diferrence at all. However, i have to rethink our relationship since im about to graduate college w/ a BA (im already 27 years) and so ready to start on my career as a professional. My bf is still in college and wont be done until the next 3 years (he is 24). 
We’ve been together for more than 2 years and he has been loving me so much. He always tell me how lucky he is to be with me and he is trying to do everything he can to start a family with me. Have you known someone dating a younger bf or have you been to this situation? please share. I really need your advices now!!

I think it’s a little unfair to all of a sudden have a problem over it and rethink everything over it, seeing as you knew this when you got w him.

I’m confused, you’ve been together 2 years and now all of a sudden you might have to break up with him? Can you not be in your career while dating him? Is it bc he’s in school? How do the two correlate? Did you not realize the entire two years? I just don’t understand, I’m sorry lol. — anyway, my boyfriend is 2 years younger than me. We’ve been together for 2 years and I don’t know we don’t really come into issues like this. We’re on the same page, I have helped him mature a lot though. Other than that, it’s normal stuff? My husband is 5 years younger than me. We started dating when he was 17 and I was 22. (Ive known him since he was 10...he was my best friends little brother) He was still in high school and I was working full time. We moved in together when he was 19 and I was 24. I supported him all through college and when he graduated, he proposed! We got married when he was 23 and I was 28. We had our first baby a year later. I am now 36 and he is 31...we have 4 beautiful, wonderful children together and we couldn’t be happier! I am living my dream ❤️

No, there’s not much difference. At 23 I graduated with a bachelors in science. My bf was 20 at the time. Nothing much changed. He was working as a CNA and a forest fire fighter and now is just waiting to go into the register nurse program. I am also trying to get into a program in the medical field. So I still have more studying ahead of me. It’s whatever

My husband is 3 years younger than me. I am 37 and he is 35. I met him when I was 34. From what we know about each others 20s (I started my career and got my masters all before 25, he was an international businessman and traveler) we would have had a lot of individual goals we would have wanted to reach before committing. It was great timing in our early 30s. However some of the previous posters have inspirational journeys where it did work out in their 20s. Sometimes I feel the age gap very slightly just when we talk about childhood experiences, but not often. He is more wise in other ways and we balance each other out with our life experiences. I'm  Going to be 26 and my husband is going to be 23 this year. I always thought it would bug me. But after a yr of marriage it doesn't seem to matter anymore. He loves me more than I though was possible. And that's what's important.. Good luck

My folks are 5 years younger than me, I'm 31 and he's 26. We have been together for 4 years. Now he was more of the relationship type than me, wanted marriage and family. I would've been alright with just having children on the account, I loved being a mom more than tying myself to one person. Being, with him opened me up to marriage and I love him deeply. I have grown a lot being with him.  But, my thing is now, he's not established and at times in my opinion doesn't do what I feel he needs to do so that we can build a family. We both have jobs but I actively seek advancement while he "says" he is but not as active as I want him to. You and your bf will always be at different points in life, right you're ready to plant roots while he's still growing, which is expected with him being 24. We just have to be patient and love them through it. Lovingly help them find their footing.

My fiance is 3 years younger I'm 28. When we started hooking up before we got serious I had the mentality that I would never be serious with anyone younger then me. But honestly he treats me better then anyone ever has and I couldn't be happier. We are engaged and 33 weeks pregnant with our little boy 💙
